With Senator Henrich's new bill looming overhead that would make fighting hyperscale data centers even harder and Project Jupiter doing everything in their power to fast track the construction of one of the largest data centers in the world, we've got a lot at stake.

It's so rare to wake up to good news. The NM supreme court stalled the data center project after every single thing people tried failed to work. The governor and her agencies wanted to shove this through and this stopped it for the time being. Hopefully the circular debt kills this center for good.
