Jewelry store experience: Had to get my wife’s wedding ring repaired last week. After 20 years the basket (holding the center diamond) got caught on a kitchen garbage bag and fell out. Took us quite a while to find it (next to dog water dish in the floor) around the corner 😳 They said it would 👇🏼

…take a week because they had to order the basket. I was thinking they’d just have to tighten the prongs, but ok 🤷🏻‍♂️. What do I know? I agree to the repair price of $400. The heat they put on me for their warranty plan was insane!!! For an additional $650. I had to say “No” & “sign” 4 times in store.

The people were lovely. I’ve experienced high pressure sales before, but this was like a car dealer & a Costco gutter sales pitch combined. Anyways, that’s not what really bothers me. I just counted the emails I got in ONE week from them. SEVENTEEN! Thanks JARED. Won’t be back. Ring is repaired
