As the world moves on with Green and renewable energies, they will solve the inefficiency and sustainability issues, while the USA under trump becomes more polluted and chained to old inefficient technologies, so corporate overlords can make more money.

I have solar here in Perth, Western Australia, as does the vast majority of our neighbours. Powers the air conditioning, pool heating completely. Most days we are giving power back to the grid. Australians love their petrol cars, but attitudes are changing fast as km range grows with technology.

The government here have been proactive in providing chargers along the entire coast, meaning you could easily drive the 2,500kms from top to bottom in a bog standard electric car.

It's got over a million square miles of hot, arid and inhospitable land that gets tons of sunshine. It's an absolute no brainer for them to go all in on solar/clean energy.
