It turns out, we even already have a word to describe what it means to violate laws. The word is, to commit a crime. And the people who do them, we call criminals. In 2025 in the US of A, the villains wear the crowns.

It's a matter of "availment"... When you travel to another state you (a foreigner)"avail" to the laws of that state. The same for those who travel to the United States. They (aliens)"avail", and enjoy the rights and are subject to the laws under the Constitution.
