That’s a lifelong connection when you see a kid laying on the floor and talking with the dog on their level. I can guarantee that kid will always have a dog in his life. That’s so sweet.

While I do think these videos are cute I also think you should excercise caution with dogs around kids. My granddaughter was bit, unprovoked, in the face by their long time family pet dog. I can't look at these cute videos the same way anymore.

This is so dangerous! They look all sweet and innocent, but you don't know. 1 minute they are playing and having fun, the next minute they are stabbing the poor dogs in their eye with a stick. They're uncontrollable monsters!

Sorry to be a downer on such adorable videos. Please PLEASE don't show children standing on dogs!!! That is not cute. It is a horrible thing to teach kids. Its horrible to put down a perfectly healthy dog because a kid doesnt know they've outgrown the dog's spines capacity.

I know these breeds patiently make vids, but plenty of terrier mixes visit nursing homes. Okay, they raise a little hell between training, but they lift our souls too.

Kids are amazing. Dogs are amazing. Put them together and you get a fabulous combination that has a bond which is indestructible and at times very funny and heart warming.

For obvious reasons I always watch the kid at the dog park chilling with a random basset hound.

I don’t understand why there isn’t a line down the street for the petting zoo. 😁

We keep talking about a second dog in hopes of entertaining dog 1. But dog 1 just cost 500 for a checkup and is 100 pounds, its like feeding a teenager. They're just so expensive. He's gonna have to make do with the cat.

#2 should be #1! But the 🇺🇸 rewards capitalism so… That boy asked all the right questions and got dressed up to pick up his partner for life because THAT value is incomparable and more than the cost of a turn to “pet” a pup for a brief moment.
