Congress can do a lot of things. We dont have a functional legislative branch however

Ntm the continuous indictments of people who are innocent provides cover for the criminals this regime harbors All the more reason to codify this indictment standard so it can be exposed as an illegal tool when used for underhanded purposes

Would it be advantageous to add to your suggested step, additional steps to stop the prosecuter from manipulating the gr. jury, by say, "eliminating some grandjury people who don't agree with the prosecutors' cause?" Like it just happened recently. Does it make sense?
