BREAKING: Don't fall for what Blanche is suggesting - DOJ is NOT getting rid of the whole bogus slush fund deal; it's still giving Trump $1,776 billion AND still giving him (and family) a broad civil release of liability; all it is NOT doing is using the $1,776 to create a fund for J6ers and others.

Blanche is testifying now before a House appropriations committee, and he said DOJ is not going forward with the "fund" -- but that leaves 2/3 of the bogus deal intact! So what remains is as bad if not worse than before.

Didn't the judge say there was no settlement? Didn't she reopen the case because of the settlement Blanche just said was still in effect? What happens in that court case now?

If they give the 1.776b to Trump, some or all of that potentially taxable, but I guess he can not pay any because he got a release from any audit or tax enforcement action.
