Trump is actively ignoring and stonewalling the SCOTUS because he ultimately wants his case before the court on his complete immunity from having to follow any directives from the SCOTUS. This will also go towards allowing him to ignore and/or delete via EO, portions of the Constitution.

That request should be written, formal, public & unconditional and should come from either Rubio as SoS or Trump if he is named in the action. I don't think Trump is actually named in the KAG case -- just Rubio, Noem & Bondi.

Or most likely, his lawyers HAVE told him and Trump is lying, as usual
