I don’t think he was a US Citizen. He had another type of lawful status though. He was married to a citizen and their daughter is also a citizen.

Andrew, this pisses me off. I have put a lot of trust in you and seeing you describing Kilmar Abrego Garcia as a “U.S. citizen” is inaccurate and misleading. He was not a citizen—he was a Salvadoran national living in Maryland with legal protection under withholding of removal status.

The fact that they couldn't just say "the appeals court is correct" is disturbing.

The Administration states they can not bring Mr. Garcia home because he is in a foreign prison. Well Dude you sent him there. Are we to believe the Administration is hapless. Such an embarrassment.

Indeed, I sadly agree with you. Nothing this administration has done indicates that they have even the slightest interest in justice. They are, however, deeply into revenge, and the revenge they seek for having been exposed in this insidious and heinous injustice may cost this man his life.

Sadly, he will stay in a prison outside the United States for being an innocent man on the charge of fitting a bogus profile set by those in charge. The Supreme Court decided that it is alright to keep people in jail without due process and keep them there regardless.

I hope I'm wrong, but if I'm right, SCOTUS *could* deliver the rebuke that Donald Trump, J.D. Vance, Marco Rubio, Pam Bondi, Kristi Noem and Tom Homan deserve for violating the Bill of Rights to fulfill a campaign promise! How do We, the People, make that happen?
