I believe these settings are specific to VRCDN right? I ask because I run single pass, no adaptive quantization, and no b-frames, and I often get ~500-1000ms of latency on my own RTSP setup. Also the preset can be adjusted faster if the user's GPU encoder is struggling.

Hi there, No these settings are not specific to VRCDN. The ones on our Wiki are the "one size fits all" approach. For those who want lower latency on VRCDN, or higher quality, or etc, are more than welcome to experiment with their OBS settings ~ Jazzy.

The easiest way to do this would be to lower your video bitrate as low as OBS will let you while running your video resolution at 3840x2160px I hope this helps! ~ Jazzy

Don't forget to set your keyframe interval to like 10s and also use the low latency tune
