I wouldn't care if it didn't work. I'd be happy it would allow me to provide feedback. Right now it's unclear how much investment setting things up would take on my side, which makes it harder to prioritize.

Agreed but testing all 280k ESLint plugins on NPM is a bit tough 😂 Ideally we can just fill the missing APIs faster than compiling the list. Until then, crowdsourcing via github.com/oxc-project/... should help already 👍🏻

There is no list per se, no, as it depends on the rules of the plugins. A list of missing APIs can be found in the blog post while we work on filling the gaps to support all of the ESLint APIs. e.g. all stylistic rules won't work at the moment for sure. github.com/oxc-project/...
