So I looked for it. www.thefai.org/posts/on-the... This "paper" is basically just a bunch of arguments published by a think tank to promote the idea of Age Verification at Operating System-level.

Its main argument is "Now we have Zero Knowledge Proofs and Blockchain? and AI? So all of the opposition against Age Verification is outdated now" Neither of The authors of the paper are cryptography experts.
