Another question asked about the impact on retailers. "Without discs in the package, there’s a code included. That’s how we sell in North America," Tao explained. "There are regional characteristics, and for each regional partner, we try to have thorough dialog so we can have a win-win situation"

do they seriously think people are going to want to buy a code in a box that becomes literally useless as soon as it's redeemed do they actually, actually believe that

i wish them all the best with whatever they're doing but i'm not coming. which is a shame! i've owned and loved every playstation right from the very first one, but i just can't see any point to what they're doing now

I'm with you 100%. I've had and loved everything other than a ps5 pro and a vita. Psvr2 is my favourite 'ecosystem' of all time. It's amazing! I'm already looking at PC builds and have just bought a Switch 2. I'll keep my ps5 but I'm done

"here's a significantly neutered gaming pc with only one storefront where we set the prices, and also you can't actually use it as a pc, and also you can't watch your DVDs and blu-rays on it". ok???? i don't understand why i'm supposed to want that
