I wish I didn't have to say this but a process needs to be setup to screen people for injuries before it reaches the courts. Too many abusers out there and ambulance chasing lawyers looking for a pay day.

There's no such thing as a "hidden agenda" with Conservatives. It's "money". Not yours, mind you. In this case, it's the private insurance companies'.

No fault has lowered our rates, but to date I’ve not heard of anyone with a serious injury or death of a loved one who is happy with the settlements. Low rates with no coverage in the most catastrophic cases is not coverage at all. ICBC loves it, payouts dropped dramatically. We need a better way.
