What are your favorite moments in all Mass Effect? Me: To meet Sovereign and Vigil. + the Stargazer (Buzz Aldrin). "Our galaxy has billions of stars. Each of those stars could have many worlds. Every world could be home to a different form of life, and every life is a special story of its own."

Let the record show I originally came in with a list of...57 moments I wanted to spotlight and then was bullied into cutting most of them because they want me to lose my sparkle. So be nice to me about the shit that's missing!!!

the Stargazer gets me every time, one of the only easter eggs that's actually earned its emotion. Vigil's the one that wrecks me though, it plays like an info dump until you realize it's a death scene

I know there are people who worked on Mass Effect here (admittedly fewer than on Twitter back then😭), and regardless of what your specific role was—thank you, friends. It was a long time ago, but it left a lasting mark on us. 😎

Even a list's a struggle, but just thinking of ME3: * Finally righting old, old wrongs on Rannoch and Tuchanka * Sword Fleet jumping in * "I am alive; and I am not alone." * The next (and last) shot of the game as the Normandy takes off and flies away

Tali taking her mask off on Rannoch. Jack explaining the tattoo she gives you. Wrex being happy about getting to fight in the CiC. Anything with Mordin. Niftu Cal. Kasumi not putting up with Lactose's stupid drama.

Seeing all your side questing and character questing come together in the Suicide Mission. Rarely does a game reward you for knowing your team member’s strengths and weaknesses. Is it a gimmick? Sure. But it still gets me every time when I see the whole team make it back alive.

I lost Miranda on the first run because I didn’t have enough rizz to settle the dispute between her and Jack amicably. Still happens sometimes if I’m playing it less than optimally.

I feel like one that gets seriously overlooked is in ME:A, when you're sitting in medbay talking with Drack about getting old and his granddaugher. It's one of my favourite pieces of character writing in the whole series, and ME isn't exactly hurting for great character writing.
