The Fifth Element was released 29 years ago today! This is probably THE film that I discovered, thanks to this account, is very popular. Way more than I expected.

Includes the very best supporting actor role in the world, the GIMME DA CASSSSHHH guy: youtu.be/E7EkIYU4Y8Q The little frustrated dance he does at the end cements this as my absolute favourite scene in the movie.

Mathieu Kassovitz is perfect in this small role.

I only just found out that he directed La Haine and was in Amelie! He'll always be gimme da cashhhh guy in my heart though.
