Well. Even after upgrading the compiler and trying to inject some flags in through environment variables, I cannot even get the basic `yarn` to fire. Man I hate developing node stuff that uses native things. It's a real pain.

Buh. And even after I manage to figure out this problem, I run into ANOTHER problem after that where v8 itself just won't build. Christ. Can software stop being so shoddy?

Alright. So the build error I'm having is solved by latest node. Guess I need to figure out how to pull latest node / latest node-gyp down so this stops being a problem.

Trying to just regex search my way into finding where the hell this error is being spit out so I can figure out what to do to fix it. Maybe instead of upgrading my node I should just backtrack all the way to version 21 or 22 or something.

Well. I got the webapp (almost) running, but now it's complaining about missing methods and TypeErrors. But at least it's running, so I guess that's a good place to stop.
