reminds me of Fitzsimons Medical Center, an army hospital from the 1930's in Denver. A lot of those WPA project buildings have the aura. We called it "Temple of Doom".

I always called it the “Wizard of Oz”building

Am I misremembering, or did it used to have a glass case containing this, like, huge bear or sloth or something? I do remember it had a group of people who were very proud about Amazon delivering DRM-free music. Wonder how that's going...
