Okay so I looked up stuff about this finally and found Little Big Mouse, which helps fix the mouse jumping around. Nice.
Upside of having a 4k monitor: it's so freakin pretty. Downside: It replaced a 1080p monitor in a 3 monitor setup and the scaling changing between the three is SO ANNOYING. I've now used AMD super resolution scaling to make the two 1080p monitors "4k" so that they all match.
