In Minneapolis right now it is 0°F (-17.8°C) with the wind chill making it feel like -11°F (-23.9°C). But the public fury is burning hot and strong — and growing. Along with the crowds.

If you show up to a protest, bring a full balaclava. Bring a tear gas mask. And a bullet proof vest if you have access to one. That’s what I’m doing going forward. Do not let them record your face. There is power anonymity - this is why they try so desperately to trample the 4th amendment.

Everyone is angry, you in Minnesota most of all. But please stay non-violent, and if you are trained to help, keep it non-violent. Be loud, be disruptive, be TOGETHER - but be safe. Don't give them what they want.

Imagine how many more they would (temporarily) get away with killing the moment they can even pretend it's a riot and have an "excuse" to escalate violence they are already perpetrating. This way they harm less people while showing their true colors and thus waking a LOT more people up. Stay strong.
