why is an operating system blocking people

We block people who don't focus on technical discussion, who subjectivise and emote on objective and demonstrable topics suffering sunk cost or are ideological. The worst of them are those that simply embark on ad hominem making offensive/insulting use of mental health issues to attack our team.
