RAIN?! ☔️ The 12z GFS manages to bring a band of rain across central & southern counties through Tuesday night & into Wednesday. It would be the first meaningful rainfall for 2 months. Other models have this feature being much more patchy / showery, however.

Won't happen Even if it does, 10mm of rain in a few hours won't do much for anyone if it's dry for three weeks again. We need a really prolonged unsettled spell over the autumn to start recovering now.
