What if this destroys City? Mansour banned as an owner? Club forced into a debt it has no hope of servicing in the EFL?

My thoughts are: what if the report shows they filed false financial reports, would that be a matter for the Fraud Squad?

I’m sure HMRC are taking a close look as well if player payments were somehow disguised.
