It always blows my mind that a Corn Muffin is like fucking Unobtanium in Seattle. We figured out NYC east coast pizza kinda, bagels fairly well, there is soul food and corn BREAD, various southern bbq, but the simple pleasure of a good corn muffin pan fried in butter is just totally absent.
