It's frustrating because this conversation intersects so many others. I've grown to accept that LLMs are genuinely useful in programming, but talking about it intersects with what they're doing with other fields, what it does for programming as an art form, what effects it has in economics, etc

And unfortunately this nuance gets completely lost, and you see people treating anything with a CLAUDE.md file as if making a project with an LLM is the same as asking Gemini to generate a garbage flyer for a restaurant or some anime girl with huge tits in the style of Tim Burton.
