My teachers union is currently having an internal struggle between the ideas that lead to the business union style and the ideas that would allow us to be more like the Chicago Teachers Union and adopt their successful strategies.

Thank you! Might I recommend that you and your internal allies check out Eric Blanc's Red State Revolt about the 2018 educator strikes in WV, OK, and AZ. It talks a lot about rank and file organizing and strategies used that worked. Might I also recommend potentially reaching out to Rebecca Garelli
