Yeah, I’m still trying to figure out the right balance myself. Get those productivity gains without losing control of the code. My reviews have definitely become more structural than syntactic though

If I'm experimenting.. then whatever, just generate a bunch of crap. But if I am making something where the value decreases if I am less hands on, then I treat it as an extension of my keyboard, not of my team.
