Does this include ESP32 OSes? What about SturdyOS which runs on 6502 based machines? What about healthcare hardware? My smart bike that isn't smart but runs an OS?

How about all NASA systems and satellites. Thermostats. Music players. Home automation. The ISS. All military systems. We know this is an overly broad power grab, and unfortunately we also know they're stupid enough to pass it without consideration.

Honestly, maybe there's a silver lining. Stupid law gets passed, is impossible to follow, system collapses, people start being more aware that some laws just shouldn't be followed...
