I half expected the shot to end in a beak jumpscare

Between whales breaching, dolphins chasing ships, giant squid, and stuff like this, you can see why adventuring sailors were all insane.

I love cuttlefish....

Is this called the passing cloud display! Roger Hanlon has done extensive studies on cuttlefish camouflage patterns!

thanks for the feature!

I will always be annoyed that in Jurassic World they made a big deal of the villain dino having cuttlefish DNA and chromatophores but it didn't do this during the climactic battle with the T. rex.

I think it's Klingon or Romulan cloaking technology...

It kind of looks like how waves look when you’re underwater looking up. I wonder if cuttlefish prey animals just tune that visual pattern out

They have you quite a show! And right in center frame!? Might have a cuttle performer here

I get it

Ph'nglui mglw'nafh Cthulhu R'lyeh wgah'nagl fhtagn

And cute

Lmao it looks like it's greenscreened in, like back in the old 3D Jaws movies

So cool

Very cool!

I already knew about this
