I have lived long enough to know that if a company tells me I now have "More ways to personalize" I can auto-translate that to "We found more ways for you to pay for things." Anyway, the time of free food and drinks on KLM flights is over.

But,.. that was one of their Unique Selling Points? I assume this isn't the case on intercontinental flights? I mean Emirates still offers 'free' lunch on longer trips. Would be unwise for KLM to join the ranks of pricefighters. They should win on quality.
