Real question. Did anyone hear the term "seam" before Claude Code? What is he trying to say??

It's from 'working effectively with legacy code'. The idea was if working with unmodularized code, with no tests, find the natural separation boundaries. The place where things can be force apart thru a natural interface. Then test at that seam, and replace functionally at that point.
