🥋🎉Congrats to him!! esp from Mr Dr Science

My shy son started kickboxing at the age of 5, we thought it’d help his confidence and he went all the way through to black belt at 16, one of the best decisions we made!

for some reason; otherwise i consider the arts, especially for children, functionally indistinguishable). anyway, fellow "thrilled dad of a 5yo doing a similar thing" gushing now over!

I train karate and I'm proud of him too! everybody has to go through that first part where you feel silly and make a lot of mistakes, but it's worth it! it's my escape twice a week from <waves arm around> all of this.
