I am absolutely not volunteering but I think that every T&S team should have at least one person on it (or paid consultants) who has been a big target for harassment before. So many decisions I see seem to come down to not really *understanding* what this is like & how it actually happens.

A US-centric business will always have problems. Regardless of law and best practice they will abuse governance loopholes. They could raise the bar but they won't because it reduces their profits. The situation today is the end result of this. No freebies. They pay for it or get sued in UK/EU.
