I've been testing a few open Discord alternatives (including atproto-native ones) and they are really promising, but not fully there yet! So for now, I decided to instead simply create a temporary bsky group chat for SkyFeed discussion: bsky.app/chat/eCF6sL2 - feel free to join and say hi :)

My final picks were @colibri.social (excited for the next release there!), @chatto.run (still working on atproto/bsky auth and integration) and potentially @nerimity.com (excellent feature set and interface, but not that close to atproto)

would appreciate hearing why @roomy.space was out of the running

Oh, leaf? That’s all been absorbed into the mpl app server / backend now. The only non-FOSS code left is the Discord bridge.
