But the funding freeze is still in effect. My daughter's daycare has not had access to all the funding they were supposed to get from Early Start. Many state agencies reporting their funding is "under review"

If they don’t like the judges order, they can appeal. Otherwise, it’s in force and someone needs to enforce it. If they don’t restore funding, plaintiffs should appeal to the judge to allow states to seize federal money that resides in their states, and disburse those funds. Simple!

The nuclear systems are programmed to never be used on American territory. The entire system is designed this way for security purposes. The only way to undo this is to destroy the current nuclear system and rebuild a newly programmed one.

Ya but who is going to enforce said fines and jail time? They are in control of all the physical mean of enforcing that. And who is to say trump wouldn't just pardon everyone immediately?

I think the problem is that the people who are tasked with enforcing these orders are under the executive branch from my understanding. So yeah this would be the prescribed punishment but who would enforce it?

That would be quite an earthquake, but what could Trump do, go to court? The states and their residents earn that money and are entitled to a legitimate government in exchange for their taxes. I seem to remember “Taxation without Representation” from, let’s see, the Declaration of Independence!

All federal tax receipts come from residents of the states. If the Constitution is being violated, states must step in to seize the tax receipts and obey the court order. The judge should simply issue an order for that seizure to satisfy the law.
