Started a very productive playtest of my romance story game, Road to Romance last night. We got half way through and hope to pick it up after Metatopia.

There was a sports romance with @czamboni.bsky.social playing a tennis coach who lost her big chance because of injury, and is falling in love with the up and coming young star she is coaching.

Excuse me, you mean the dashing, athletic, charismatic - and yes, also filthy rich - Sebastian Peabody, lover and supporter of all scientific research? 😎 I'll fight for you, Indira! And whatever bug you're chasing!

And I was playing a wizard sent to persuade a rural community to leave their homeland because of the blight (which I accidentally created shhh) and I’m falling in love with the beautiful leader of the community.

The ‘trouble’ in my story is playing the mother of my love interest who _definitely_ doesn’t approve of this wizard from the high and mighty wizards tower, and is determined to keep us apart.
