I’m just pointing out Roberts overruling lower courts in Trump’s favor via the shadow docket is an incredibly common ocurrence these days.

I'm actually surprised. This struck me as an issue Roberts could've given Trump a "defeat" that wouldn't have interfered with their agenda to destroy this country.
