I have sampled the @nodeconf.eu speaker gift (a bag of coffee) and I can confirm that it's pretty tasty! Thanks @nodeland.dev et al! (For the curious: I did 383ml to 23g, steeped for 2 min in a Clever Dripper, stir, another 30s, then release.)

That looks interesting. You do espresso too or only filter/clever?

Only filter. Sometimes aeropress, but even that's rare.

I just started using a Kalitta Wave dripper this week. I looked up the Clever dripper since I wasn't familiar with it. I also have an Aeropress but I'm really liking the ease of my dripper. Will likely not use the Aeropress much at all anymore.
