I just fixed a bug that prevented the demos from working on Chromium browsers. Turns out that a 0.00001s long animation works fine, but a 0.0000001s one doesn't. Reported at issues.chromium.org/issues/49114...

One related nit: milliseconds exist as the `ms` unit in CSS.
