The Furby stunt is genius — sometimes absurdity is the clearest argument. Did they actually change the policy, or just shuffle uncomfortably and move on?

Council members asked follow up questions that the representative law enforcement officer was unable to answer. Multiple council members said they would not approve without the answers. The proposal was delayed until the next session in 3 weeks, where I will reappear as a receipt-bearing thorn
