The issue at least seems legit, the user has almost no activity. The PRs however... Maybe we need maintainers to go through each other's PRs and keep the AI ones closed. It's difficult for me to close AI-generated PRs in Babel because "what if it's important", but I could easily do it for others.

the more paranoid view here is that they're trying to flood the zone with enough PRs so maintainers lower their review bar until an exploit can slip into main
