"Create a daily outfit-rating app where my group uploads selfies, an AI fashion editor delivers a savage 1-10 verdict, and a weekly leaderboard crowns whoever dressed best." Group chat energy, productized.

"Build a 'group chat archaeologist'. I upload an iMessage or WhatsApp export and AI generates an interactive timeline of the inside jokes, the drama, and a friendship arc graph for each person." We all have the export. We all want the graph.
