Citizen's United began as a project by a "think tank" in the 70's, so it took much longer to achieve their goal. In my mind it goes back further, to the Robber Barons and their frustration over FDR's successes.

This is a “Crime” we were not paying attention. Why were we not protected?? We need to be more involved with our government now we have to fight for our rights
