Tron Ares' "soundtrack quality :: movie quality ratio" is the greatest since Tron Legacy. The movies keep getting worse, but the soundtracks keep getting better.

I wanted to like it bc it's Tron, and "killer AI goes rogue, we need the original AI to kill it" is salient but the permeance code thing is just what? Make it a sequel to Legacy and you have Quorra *right there*, plus Hedlund/Murphy/Boxleitner returning. Plus you made Tron without Tron!

Honestly the movie vaguely works just as a long soundtrack / music video. Just don't pay attention to the dialog. Or Jared Leto's face.
