"Port by Devil-System & GPT." Serious question: what is the fucking point of all this retroslop? I can play Alien 3 on other systems easily? It's not 1993, I don't only have an Amstrad CPC and a Game Boy anymore. Retro ports are interesting for the human *craft* this is just digital landfill

More and more games are going to be developed in some way with AI now. Even Amiga developers who only used Amiga tools prior to AI are using both, the original tools and AI assistance this year. You wont be able to avoid it unless you step away from retro development completely.

I dunno seems like devs could just continue to do it the way they were doing it before AI. And honestly, there are a zillion games out there. I don’t need to play these or think about them. I understand as a news site you want to cover what’s being made but I wouldn’t bother, these have no value

Problem is where do I stop? I've had people say they hate anything to do with hardware extensions ( not real HARDWARE! ) , Scorpion Engine, games created in russia. Only two games these last two weeks were not AI created! There's about 30 I haven't even featured yet, or going to 🫨
