TERF makes baseless claim that 'intersex' is offensive, and DSD is preferred. I provide surveys and evidence to support the opposite. TERF tells me that I "don't know what they think." TERF admits to not even reading the links. That's basically GC ideology in a nutshell. 🤷‍♂️

DSD was a very hurtful term (Disorders) that we just happened to be able to redeem (Differences). That doesn’t mean we are all peachy cream with it now. A lot of intersex people, groups, and organizations use “intersex” or variations of the word to Identify. Everyone gets to choose which they use.

Has this person ever spoken to an intersex person? They are absolutely wrong. 1) DSD presumes you are “broken,” “deformed,” or “diseased,” and need to be fixed to be scriptable. 2) does not account for the fact that intersex specifically states that they DO NOT HAVE all typical “female”

“Male” traits, and often have traits of both, so ARE NOT one or the other by definition. 2) it medicalizes our bodies, which do not need to be. 3) it “others” us and we get treated like circus freaks. Which pisses me off. 4) intersex is simply a description. But one that disproves their little
