I had my 1st Karen report to manager moment today 😞 I had a bag approved for meds on day 1 of an event. Day 2, I had a security guard decide I was… lying? Annoyed before we even spoke. Told her it was prescription, said yes, she asked to see, & then told her supervisor it was

And then she told us we can’t have an empty water bottle :) so i guess you just have to take your medication at the water fountain or buy a $9 bottle of water…

just RANDOM PILLS🥴😡 not meds. Bc of that, I had to list my prescriptions, a violation of rights. After I asked if I had been unclear it was prescriptions & she was SO mad. Best believe I found the manager and reported. Idk what her problem was but hope she learns to be kinder

That's so highly illegal and whomever that person was should not only be fired, but charged with a violation of HIPAA laws. I;d find out who teh coordinator is and file a formal complaint! Such a bummer you had to deal with that
