A 16 year old chip company is not a startup. It may have been a small or medium business, but it was not a startup. Ferric debuted before OpenAI, TikTok, Snap, Tinder, Stripe, Zoom, Canva, DoorDash, Lyft, Instacart, Chewy existed. Not all private companies are startups.
