Yeah I know a lot of streamers that would love if twitch stopped making playing ads just because of their content. I doubt that will ever happen. Sports betting apps and twitch’s own ads don’t care what content is being shown, so they will just play those over and over again. 

ads made twitch completely unwatchable for me tbh, I don't stream anymore buut if I came back I'd probs switch platforms bc I don't wanna subject anybody to the ads unless there were a viable adblock that worked for it

If you have Google TV, use the "sound.tv" app. It's worked a treat for a loooooong time.
