The beef noodle soup is amazing of course. But my favorite comfort food is salty bean milk soup (xiandoujiang/鹹豆漿) with the traditional baked & fried breads (shaobing/燒餅 & youtiao/油條).

This is technically true of any citizenship by descent. You are asserting rights and privileges you already have, not 'gaining' citizenship, which would be naturalization.
